Delegate Check-In

Be the first sponsor to have your brand put before delegates as they sign in and register for the conference! As delegates arrive, they will make their way to the registration desk. They will be given their delegate badge, a delegate bag and, a special corporate gift from your organization. In this way, your item is sure to be noticed. It can be a bottle of wine from your country, a boxed pen, a mug for the coffee breaks, whatever you feel best represents your organization. Outfit of reception staff can be customized too.

Delegate badge/lanyard

Have your organization's name and logo on the badge worn by all delegates throughout the conference.

Delegate bag 

Have your organization's name on the one bag all delegates will receive and use throughout the conference.

Delegate USB stick

Have your company’s name on the USB stick containing all the DNA2008 presentations. Every delegate will receive a stick at registration. Guaranteed visibility, also after the event.

Delegate bag inserts

We will make it possible for sponsoring organizations to get their “goodies” placed in the delegate bags. We are focusing on gift or useful business items, and discourage the placement of company literature. DVDs and/or CDs are also possible.

DNA2008 will be an outstanding network opportunity. Have your company’s name on the DNA2008 business card holder and your company will benefit from visibility, even after the event.
