Package Exhibitor

Present your company or have a small team promote your company’s activities. Note: there is limited room for stands at DNA2008. Contact us for package details.

Lunches

There are two delegate lunches. As the lunch sponsor, you will have the opportunity to have one of your senior execs make a short presentation to delegates, demonstrate product, show a short video about your organization, etc. You will be featured on the DNA2008 web site (home page and agenda). You have the option of sponsoring one or both lunches. 

Both lunches:                         10,000
One lunch:                                6,000

If you sponsor one lunch, you will receive one free delegate passes to the event.
If you sponsor both lunches, you will receive two free delegate passes to the event.


Coffee breaks

We offer the ability to sponsor the two coffee breaks. You will be featured on the DNA2008 web site (home page and agenda) and be able to provide branded napkins, etc. Host will announce coffee breaks and will link your company’s name to them.

One coffee break:                  2,500 €
Both coffee breaks:               4,000 €

If you sponsor both breaks, you will receive one free delegate pass.


Cocktail reception (Day one)

At the end of day one we offer the opportunity for a sponsored cocktail reception. This is an outstanding event for networking in a relaxed setting, and a great opportunity for getting your brand out there in a highly visible way.

Cocktail reception                 5,000 (not including cost of drinks, food)

This sponsorship includes one free delegate pass and your company’s logo/name will appear in the agenda on the DNA2008 site.
