Maurits van Rijckevorsel holds a Business Degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.

He started his career at Boer & Croon Young Executives in different management roles at Getronics NV. In 2000 he co-founded BackStream a software and services company specialized in content management, content distribution and out-of-home TV and was responsible. BackStream is now a part of Ordina NV and Novell. A

fter this exciting period he started a job as business manager mediaconcepts at Endemol Netherlands and was responsible for advertiser funded TV and crossmedia concepts. He also briefly worked fot the Endemol Allisblue joint venture on the sms2mail campaign.

Currently he is responsible for commercial crossmedia concepts and partnerships within Telegraaf Media Nederland in a dedicated department called Exploratie the crossmedia house of the Telegraaf which supports the company objectives towards video and crossmedia propositions to the market.

Lara Ankersmit is Manager Publisher Online Media at Telegraaf Media Netherlands. She has been in on-line publishing for over 13 years and is currently responsible for the Telegraaf.nl website - the second largest news site in the Netherlands. Telegraaf.nl provides real time news feeds to over 3 million users per month and offers specialised Internet pages for a.o. Finance, Sport and one specifically targeted on Women. In addition, she is responsible for the further expansion of the Telegraaf into the mobile media market. Lara started her career as a journalist, followed by a role in advertising. Before joining Telegraaf media, she worked on several web projects ranging from profit to non-profit.
